  • Trámites Migratorios UE is a non-lawyer immigration document preparation service organization. We are dedicated to helping individuals represent themselves confidently when submitting petitions or applications to the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).
  • At Trámites Migratorios UE, our immigration form specialists do their best to streamline and simplify the administrative process of preparing your petition or application so you can apply for the desired immigration benefit or status with complete documentation.
  • We generally refer to our clients as “pro se” individuals; “pro se” is a Latin term meaning “for oneself” or “on one's own behalf” and is commonly used to describe individuals who have chosen not to seek legal representation and instead represent themselves.
  • Trámites Migratorios UE IS NOT A LAW FIRM, and its owners and employees ARE NOT ATTORNEYS and cannot provide legal representation, legal advice, legal counseling, or legal defense in any way, shape, or form. Therefore, the content of any oral interactions, whether in person or by phone, with the staff of Trámites Migratorios UE should not be interpreted as legal advice.
  • Trámites Migratorios UE, its owners, and/or employees may not interpret the law, attempt to interpret the law, provide legal advice, or represent cases in court.

  • THIS WEBSITE IS NOT AN ADVERTISEMENT FOR LEGAL SERVICES. The content on this page and the information provided on this site, via email, or in any document issued or completed by Trámites Migratorios UE, should not be interpreted as legal advice. All content provided by Trámites Migratorios UE is for informational purposes only and should not be used as a substitute for legal advice. Nothing we say — whether verbally, in writing, through our website, by email, or in any past, present, or future publication — should be considered legal advice.
  • By using this website and/or the services of Trámites Migratorios UE, you are representing yourself as a pro se litigant in any and all legal matters you are pursuing.
  • Trámites Migratorios UE, its owners, and/or employees may assist any individual in completing their immigration forms. Our services are designed to help you prepare your forms and should be viewed as preparation tools — not legal advice or assistance.
  • At Trámites Migratorios UE, we strongly believe that filing petitions and applications to change or adjust status in the United States is one of the most important decisions in the lives of our immigrant and non-immigrant clients. As such, we treat each client’s document preparation needs with the utmost care, diligence, and professionalism.
  • Trámites Migratorios UE provides client-directed immigration document preparation services to empower clients to manage their own filings in a timely manner.
  • We gather your documents, prepare your application, translate relevant supporting documents for your case, and help you submit your forms to the appropriate U.S. government agency.
  • Our document preparation service uses the information you provide to complete legal forms on your behalf. Our review of your answers is limited to checking for completeness, spelling, grammar, and internal consistency of names, addresses, and similar items. We do not review your answers for legal sufficiency, draw legal conclusions, provide legal advice, or apply the law to your particular situation.
  • Each service is unique, and work on your immigration document preparation begins once your case file is opened. No refunds or credits will be issued under any circumstances once the service request has been signed and payment has been made to Trámites Migratorios UE.
  • Should a U.S. embassy or consulate deny an immigrant or non-immigrant visa, or should USCIS deny a petition or application — or should any U.S. government entity issue a decision contrary to your wishes or cause delays — these are not grounds for a refund. There is no guarantee, expressed or implied, of approval or issuance of any benefit in which we have been hired to assist. The decision to approve or deny any travel or immigration benefit to the United States rests solely with the U.S. government. No person or organization can guarantee an immigration status or benefit.
  • Our staff at Trámites Migratorios UE cannot promise or speculate on specific outcomes or timelines regarding your legal matter, as we are not qualified to do so. To check USCIS processing times, visit: https://egov.uscis.gov/processing-times/
  • You are responsible for regularly checking your physical mail and email for notifications from USCIS. Trámites Migratorios UE does not receive mail on behalf of clients, as we are not your legal representatives. As a pro se litigant, you are fully responsible for your case and all communications from USCIS. It is your responsibility to keep your address updated with USCIS. If you need help, we can assist you in completing the change of address form based on the information you provide.
  • We may provide publicly available legal information and procedural assistance, such as helping with document filing. However, our staff cannot and will not review completed forms or documents to provide opinions on legal sufficiency, errors, or omissions — we are not qualified to do so.
  • We assist in filling in the blanks on pre-printed USCIS/DHS forms, as allowed under 8 CFR § 1.1(k). While we review your documents for typos and fix them before submission, and correct administrative errors brought to our attention, you are ultimately responsible for reviewing your documents and forms for content, errors, or omissions. We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use of our services.
  • Everyone has the right to self-representation, but we understand that preparing USCIS forms on your own can be overwhelming and stressful — especially for non-English speakers. You have chosen to represent yourself, but you don’t have to do it alone. That’s why we’re here! Completing your immigration forms correctly is key to achieving your goals in the United States, and we’re here to help. Our bilingual specialists do this every day and are known for their accuracy and care when inputting information. A single typo or incorrect entry can cause delays, so getting help can make all the difference. Our clients trust us for our speed and experience — and for our customer service and affordable pricing.
  • At Trámites Migratorios UE, our team includes Service Sales Representatives, Immigration Document Preparers, Interpreters, and Translators:
  • Service Sales Representative: The person who will inform you of the service costs and applicable immigration fees, and provide the checklist of documents and information needed to prepare your petition or application according to publicly available USCIS instructions.
  • Immigration Document Preparer: The person who completes your USCIS application based on the information you provide and under your supervision.
  • Interpreter: The person who assists you, the petitioner or applicant, in reading the instructions and questions on a benefit application when needed.
  • Translator: The person who translates your documents (if applicable) into English, certifying that the translation is complete and accurate to the best of their ability. Document translation is included in our service fee.
  • A certified translation for USCIS is essentially a sworn statement affirming the translator’s competence and accuracy in converting documents into English. According to 8 CFR 103.2(b)(3), any document in a foreign language submitted to USCIS must include a complete English translation certified by the translator as complete and accurate, and attesting to their competency to translate.
  • Our translations are not apostilled, as USCIS does not require this. Our translators are not international lawyers or representatives of foreign governments and are not familiar with the laws of other countries or specific consular requirements — they are solely responsible for translating your documents into English.
  • Illegible documents cannot be translated. Once your translation is complete, we will email it to you upon request as a courtesy. If you find an error in the translation, we will correct it.
  • Nothing about Trámites Migratorios UE, its name(s), or titles such as “Immigration Document Preparer,” “Form Specialist,” or “Document Assistant,” nor any summary on this website describing our owners’ or staff’s experience or background, is intended to suggest we are qualified to practice law in the state of Florida.
  • None of our staff are attorneys, paralegals, or legal assistants. No owner, officer, or employee of Trámites Migratorios UE represents themselves as such or uses any name, title, or description that implies they are legally recognized or qualified to practice law in any U.S. state or territory.
  • By contracting our document preparation services and signing our Service Request Form, you acknowledge that Trámites Migratorios UE is not a law firm or legal office. As such, none of our employees may identify as paralegals under Florida Bar Rule 10-2.1(b), which defines a paralegal as someone working under the supervision of a licensed attorney.
  • Trámites Migratorios UE is a non-lawyer immigration document preparation service, and you acknowledge that our staff cannot provide legal advice, tell you your rights or options, advise you on court testimony, or represent you in court. Any belief to the contrary is incorrect. You should leave this website and seek legal advice. If you have legal questions, we strongly recommend you consult with a qualified immigration attorney to verify your individual situation, as we are not qualified to do so.
  • If you decide to hire or use the services of Trámites Migratorios UE, you will be asked to review and sign our Service Request Form, which includes this DISCLAIMER AND NON-LAWYER DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT WITH NOTICE OF LIMITATION OF SERVICES PROVIDED. By signing, you acknowledge that you have read and understand this disclaimer and disclosure, and that you are responsible for paying all applicable fees before services are rendered.
